Guizhou Yudie Electric Co (Guizhou Yudie) in the Xiaomeng Industrial Park of Guiyang Economic Technology Development Zone (GETDZ) has been recognized as a national-level green factory by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The company has established 12 automated intelligent production lines, enabling unmanned operations from raw materials to warehousing, and is the first enterprise in China's cable industry to integrate intelligent manufacturing and warehousing.

The company utilizes top-tier energy-efficient motors and adopts enclosed, automated production processes using environmentally friendly coating materials, with green products meeting international environmental standards, and accounting for 92 percent of production. The facility also features a 6.22-milliwatt distributed photovoltaic project that generates over 6 million kilowatt-hours annually, equaling roughly 35 percent of the company's energy needs. Its big data center monitors energy consumption and emissions in real time, enabling intelligent energy management.

Guizhou Yudie achieves a cooling water recycling rate of over 95 percent, and a 100 percent recovery and regeneration rate for waste materials, resulting in a 300 percent increase in production efficiency and a 60 percent reduction in labor costs. Its products have received EU green certification, and it holds over 50 percent of Guizhou’s market share for civilian electrical wires.
The company plans to further enhance material recycling rates, develop energy storage systems, deepen big data management, and continue advancing the integration of intelligent manufacturing with green manufacturing.
