Supervises the bureau of industrial development, the bureau of ecological environment, and the government service center.
Serves as the liaison to the GETDZ division of the market regulation bureau and the ecological environmental law enforcement brigade.
Responsible for coordination with the Huanghe Road subdistrict office.
