Since mid-April this year, the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) has been holding a series of activities in celebration of the 2024 talent day to provide solid talent support for its high-quality development.

In mid-April, eight key enterprises in aviation, aerospace, and other sectors in GETDZ participated in specialized recruitment events at universities such as Tianjin University, Nanjing University, and Southwest University, with 55 jobs offered and over 100 talent demands publicized.
Since May, companies within the jurisdiction have taken part in job fairs at Southwest University, South-Central Minzu University, Wuhan University, and Tianjin University of Commerce, offering over 100 positions and receiving more than 200 resumes.
GETDZ also organized campus promotion events, during which leading companies like Chery & Wanda Guizhou Bus Co visited universities and colleges to provide jobs, policies, and services, facilitating exchange between companies and talent.
Moreover, 40 graduates were invited to visit GETDZ, and employment mentors were invited to focus on topics like employment background and trends, analyzing the current employment landscape, enhancing job skills, and providing career planning and employment advice to students.
