Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has spared no effort to build a favorable business environment for projects and companies in the zone.

A project being carried out by Guizhou Tianwei Building Materials Technology Co is located in the former Xijiang Industrial Park of GETDZ. Due to adjustments made to development plans, the standard factory buildings that should have been built in a unified manner were constructed separately by three companies, rather than just Guizhou Tianwei Building Materials Technology Co.
However, the three construction sites, which were originally independent, encountered problems due to differences in elevation.
"The project is located at the lowest point of the construction site, so there are drainage issues. However, drainage cannot be solved by our company alone. We also need to consider the drainage of the other two companies to avoid disputes after completion," said Yang Qi, Party secretary of Guizhou Tianwei Building Materials Technology Co.
After learning of the situation, GETDZ's park construction service center made visits to the three enterprises several times to carry out in-depth research, and actively provided services to solve the unique difficulties in the process of project advancement.
At present, the project is advancing in an orderly manner according to the scheduled construction plan.
