A job fair targeting college and university graduates was held in Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ), Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on March 15.
The job fair aimed to further strengthen the supply of public employment services for graduates and build a channel for job hunting and recruitment.
At the job fair, 75 enterprises provided over 2,400 jobs for fresh graduates and graduates without employment, which attracted more than 800 students, 457 of whom reached initial employment agreements.
What's more, the job fair set up a policy explanation area to publicize employment and entrepreneurship policies. It also allowed students in search of jobs to register for job tracking services.
GETDZ will organize a series of related activities to build a more accurate supply and demand platform for graduates and employers to promote graduate employment.
