Full Truck Alliance, a provider of digital freight solutions for the road transportation industry and based in Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has promoted the healthy and high-quality development of cargo transport through its services.

The platform of the Full Truck Alliance connects shippers with heavy-duty and medium-duty truckers, facilitates shipments, and offers freight listing, freight brokerage, and online transaction services.

As an "internet plus Logistics" enterprise, Full Truck Alliance helps both drivers and cargo owners. By establishing a standardized freight transaction process, it has built an online digital freight platform that directly contacts cargo owners and drivers so as to enable cargo owners to find vehicles efficiently and drivers to find goods quickly, reduce the waiting time for empty trucks and cargo distribution, and comprehensively improving cargo transport efficiency.

The company is committed to building an efficient internet freight platform, improving the efficiency through the big data algorithm to match shippers and truckers and contributing to energy conservation and emissions reduction. According to estimates, last year, the company helped reduce carbon emissions by about 14.2 million metric tons.

Data shows that last year, the average monthly number of cargo-owning users of the platform was 1.57 million, the number of contracted drivers was 3.54 million, and the number of contracted orders was 128 million.

As COVID-19 has had a huge impact on the freight industry over the past three years, Manbang Group launched the "epidemic prevention reference" function on its app according to the epidemic situation in various places, which allowed drivers to query the epidemic prevention policies of the loading and unloading site at any time, learn about the local epidemic prevention requirements before receiving orders, and make preparations in advance to ensure the smooth transportation of cargo.

Hu Yang, the company's general manager in charge of government affairs, said that the company has made consistent efforts to build a one-stop freight information service platform for cargo owners and drivers with the help of modern information technologies.
