Guizhou Huayun Xin'an Technology Co – based in the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – was awarded the title of municipal 5G + internet of things big data collaboration governance expert workstation.
The nameplate was given to the company at the launch ceremony for the 2022 Talent Month event of Guiyang and Guian New area.

The company is involved in the fields of software development, network and information security software development, technical services, technical consultation, technical exchanges, technology transfer, technology promotion, network technology services and big data services.
Granting the title of municipal-level expert workstation is an effort by Guiyang to encourage and guide the flow of talent to the grassroots level and improve the working model for talent.
Licensed expert workstations can receive 150,000 yuan ($22,528.22) in financial support.
To apply to be an expert workstation, a company must have at least one expert who is a leader at the municipal level or above, have a clear management system, development plan, and work plan, establish a close cooperative relationship with more than one expert, have clear technical research, project cooperation, achievement transformation and promotion, and talent training, and be able to provide the necessary scientific research, living, and other guarantees for experts and their teams.
