The Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) will implement major scientific and technological innovation projects and strive to be home to 200 high-tech enterprises by 2025.
GETDZ is located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
It will promote technological innovation among enterprises and major technological breakthroughs through the establishment of innovation platforms, the integrated development of industrialization and informatization, and the technological transformation and expansion of enterprises.
These moves will improve enterprises' technological innovation capabilities and digital and green development.
GETDZ will incentivize large and medium-sized enterprises in the zone to cooperate with key universities, scientific research institutes, and intellectual property service institutions to establish R&D institutions and innovation partnerships.
It will accelerate the promotion of advanced manufacturing models and the development of intelligent manufacturing technologies to promote the digitization of traditional industries.
In terms of enterprise technological transformation and capacity expansion, GETDZ will continue to expand technological transformation investment and formulate policies at all levels to help industrial enterprises improve their quality and efficiency.
In recent years, GETDZ has successively introduced a series of policies and measures to encourage technological innovation among enterprises, and as of the end of last year, the number of high-tech enterprises in the zone had reached 111.
