GETDZ provides convenient administrative services

Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) has made every effort to ensure that its administrative affairs service windows satisfy the public.

At present, there are 17 departments (enterprises) stationed in GETDZ's administrative service center with more than 40 staff members. A total of 308 approval items can be handled at the center.

GETDZ's administrative service center has built the first "24/7 administrative service station" in Guiyang. It is equipped with more than 10 sets of equipment, such as the touch-based inquiry machine, the Guizhou administrative service self-service machine, the intelligent administrative service workbench and industrial and commercial business license certification terminal, as well as smart filing cabinets and rest sofas.

People can enter the station during non-working hours to handle important business by swiping their ID cards.

This has provided convenient and efficient channels for enterprises and the public during non-working hours and holidays.

For the convenience of pregnant women, mothers and infants, a baby care room equipped with cribs, washstands and sofas has been set up, and barrier-free access and toilets are available for special groups of people.

To facilitate enterprises and the public to carry out online declarations and inquiries for services such as business establishment, electronic taxation and engineering construction, an online self-service area equipped with computers and scanners has been set up.

Elsewhere, the administrative service center also provides services such as free photocopying of some documents and materials, and free mailing of completed licenses.
