The new administrative service center of Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) was officially put into use on May 17.
Located at Xiaohe-Mengguan Industrial Park, the administrative service center covers an office area of 6,198 square meters.

It has three floors, with the first and second floors providing external service windows, and the third floor being the office and display area of the Party and public service center.
The center has five service areas, four subsidiary functional areas, as well as supporting areas such as a waiting area, reading area, complaints acceptance area, and a maternal and children's room.
With the new administrative service center, GETDZ has become the most efficient economic zone in Guizhou province for real estate registration services, and the time for issuing certificates has been reduced from five working days to three.

In addition, the center has set up a 24-hour/7-day government service station, which has become a major service highlight.
The station is equipped with Guizhou government self-service machines, smart government service workbenches and other intelligent equipment, filling service blind spots outside office hours.
At present, the administrative service center can handle and approve 308 different items of government services.
