Over 50 local enterprises' representatives and 50 teachers and students from Guiyang Aeronautic Polytechnic were invited to participate an open day activity showcasing the company's quality control at Guizhou Yudie Electric Co Ltd on Sept 12, according to local officials.
The company is based in the Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (GETDZ) in Guiyang, capital of southwestern Guizhou province.
Sponsored by the quality and technology supervision bureau of the GETDZ, the event aimed to offer the chance for locals to get an insight into how companies work there.
The event helped locals get to grips about the production and operation of companies.
At the event, a representative from the Yudie Company also briefed the visitors and showed them its integrated production line for intelligent wire and cable manufacturing.
By talking to company representatives, participants were able to further understand the achievements of the companies in improving production efficiency, product quality and quality technology innovation through the use of big data.
GETDZ officials said the zone would continue to showcase with the diverse and distinctive activities of its key industries and products so as raise their profile.
